Citizenship & Immigration Services
The Citizenship & Immigration Services is one of only two non-sectarian programs
in the state accredited by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA), a branch of
the federal government. Seven accredited caseworkers and a staff attorney are
trained to handle immigration matters such as citizenship, petitions for relatives,
green card applications, asylum applications, deportation defense, and temporary protected status.

Over 5,000 immigrants, families, and service providers receive services each year
Feinstein Center maintains an immigration attorney referral list to ensure best services
