Citizenship & Immigration Services

The Citizenship & Immigration Services is one of only two non-sectarian programs
in the state accredited by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA), a branch of
the federal government.  Seven accredited caseworkers and a staff attorney are
trained to handle immigration matters such as citizenship, petitions for relatives,
green card applications, asylum applications, deportation defense, and temporary protected status.
Largest and longest-running legal immigration service in Rhode Island
Accredited caseworkers average more than 20 years experience with immigration
Federal accreditation enables us to represent clients before immigration
Over 5,000 immigrants, families, and service providers receive services each year
Feinstein Center maintains an immigration attorney referral list to ensure best services
for clients.

We are pleased to acknowledge and to thank our many wonderful collaborators including Alan
Shawn Feinstein, the RI Bar Association, the United Way of RI, Providence College, Holy Ghost,
Liberian Association of RI, Progresso Latino, the Pawtucket Public Library, and Catholic
Social Services
